TraceRights provides operational monitoring, documentation and enforcement coordination. Website information is not legal advice, and TraceRights does not act as a law firm or provide legal representation. Obtain qualified legal advice when your matter requires it.

No service relationship from an inquiry

Sending an email or requesting an assessment does not create a client, agency, fiduciary or legal relationship. Any paid service begins only after scope, authority, commercial terms and applicable conditions are agreed in writing.

Rights and authorization

You must provide accurate information and may request action only for content or identity rights you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your instructions, claims and evidence.

Disputes and counter-notices

TraceRights does not improvise legal conclusions. Disputed ownership, counter-notices, conflicting claims and material legal uncertainty may be paused or escalated to the client and, where appropriate, qualified legal counsel.

Service outcomes

Platforms, hosts, search providers and other third parties control their own decisions and response times. TraceRights does not guarantee removal, de-indexing, account action, recovery, prevention of future infringement or any specific commercial result.

Intellectual property

The TraceRights name, website copy, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission.

Third-party services

TraceRights may use specialist third-party technology, monitoring and enforcement providers to support delivery. Those providers retain control of their own technology, availability, policies and actions; their tools and infrastructure are not represented as proprietary to TraceRights.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided without warranties, and TraceRights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on general website information.
